ARDA (Artist Readiness & Development Alliance) was founded with one clear purpose: to bridge the gap between traditional dance training and the professional performing arts industry.
At ARDA, we believe dancers should never have to choose between their home dance school and accessing incredible industry opportunities. That’s why every programme we offer has been designed to work alongside existing dance school training—not replace it.
We proudly support dance schools by providing ambitious dancers with additional opportunities to develop, while continuing to train, perform and represent the school they already belong to.
