DAY TIME VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO ADD ON TOP OF YOUR REGULAR SCHOOLING AND DANCE COMMITMENTS

9.30am-9.45am - Goal making/planning/team meeting

9.45am-10.45am - Stamina and Strength for dancers

10.45am-11.30am - Technique

11.30am-12.30pm - intense stretch and flexibility techniques

12.30pm-1.15pm - contemporary/ lyrical dance

1.15pm-1.30pm - contemporary tricks and skills

1.30pm-2pm - lunch break

2pm-2.45pm - Educational session, industry prep, mindset work, problem solving tasks

2.45pm-3.15pm - Acrobatics / kicks / leaps / turns

3.15pm-4pm - street / commercial

4pm-4.30pm - MT Jazz
